Las Vegas! We've lived it. You'll love it!

Las Vegas is one of those destinations I could visit time and time again and still feel like I see something new every time. It never fails to excite me and make me want to return over and over again.
My last visit to Vegas was in February 2014 with some colleagues. We flew with Virgin Atlantic from Gatwick in economy.
The leg pitch, food and drinks service on the flight was pretty good with Virgin Atlantic. The flight time to Las Vegas is just over 10 hours and there are daily services from London. Virgin Vegas
We arrived into the airport to be greeted by a private limo to take us to our stunning hotel ‘The Aria Resort‘ .Limo vegas
Las Vegas airport is very close to the strip probably only 15 minutes journey time. Swords Travel can prebook all your requirements prior to travel whether it be taxis, shuttle transfers or limousine transfers.
Arriving at the hotel and being swiftly checked in through the private reception made the whole experience feel so VIP. We had booked into the sky suites so received preferential service and extras. The sky suites are stunning!

The rooms have the best views and you get extra perks such as complimentary drinks in the club lounge during certain times. In addition to this it also includes complimentary airport meet and greet transfers.
Aria Lounge
The Arias is one of the best hotels in Vegas. Having been to the Bellagio, Caesars Palace and the Wynn previously the Aria definitely was my favourite.
Located centrally on the strip with the Bellagio fountains next door, the Aria is in easy reach of all the fantastic attractions that Las Vegas has to offer.
Evening Entertainment
Whilst in Vegas we did a lot of the evening entertainment. A show is a must, whether it be Celine Dion or many of the other famous artists. We saw the Beatles cirque du soleil, which was amazing!  You can also enjoy your evenings going from hotel to hotel experiencing the restaurants bars and nightclubs.
The casinos are 24/7 in vegas and if your into your gambling, this place will keep you entertained. I’m not a big gambler, but there are starter tables with $5 bets for the newbies.
Daytime Activities
One of my absolute favourite parts of Las Vegas was the Grand Canyon experience. We started our day out with a helicopter flight over to the canyon which took about 40 minutes. As we dropped down into the Canyon the scenery was just stunning! We had a glass of champagne and just took in our surroundings.
T2 Vegas Canyon
We did the grand canyon tour with Mavericks helicopter tours who made the whole experience fantastic from start to finish. Helicopter tours last about 7.5 hours and cost around £250 per person.
Las Vegas has so many options! Whether your looking for a nice edition to your honeymoon, or a tailor made USA itinerary.
